Having installed Thunderbird 102.4.2 on Ubuntu 22.04.1, I discovered a list of dictionaries that I have not installed. Under Composition/Spelling there are several German dictionaries I wish to remove; the only option is to 'Download'. How can unnecessary dictionaries be deleted?

Are they automatically installed, depending on the eMail address? Surely not! [I have addresses both in England and Germany]

Tools/Add-ons & Themes, there is a Dictionaries section where items can be removed (click the ...).

The dictionaries might have been installed with the version of TB supplied by the Ubuntu distro.
