On various sites, e.g. DuckDuckGo search results, parts of the text are missing. Sometimes it's one or more complete lines, sometimes it's part of the line (left, right, middle, upper, lower part). It looks like rectangles in background colour hide the text. Zooming changes the affected zones and generally makes more an more text visible again. Selecting the missing text also makes it visible. This happens on only one device. Complete deinstallation and reinstallation of Firefox for Android didn't help.

Hi Paul, that sounds like great news! My device is another Samsung, a Galaxy J4+ (SM-J415FN). I hope it's the same issue with both devices. Probably the Tab A runs on Android 9 too. Thanks to slayen2k for providing another example!

This issue was fixed (in version 116, I think), but now, in version 121 (and possibly before), it's back! Not as bad as has been, but some sites show it quite frequently, like TV Tropes. E. g. on https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ForgottenTrope, there is a white block in the second paragraph, hiding a part starting with the second half of the second line and two lines more. The text becomes visible line by line when I zoom in. Firefox Beta doesn't have the problem, on the same device. I think I still have some option turning off hardware acceleration (or something like that) active in the Beta.
