Check the file with common multi-AV scanners such as VirusTotal and Jotti Virusscan.

If those fail to detect a virus in all but AVG, its a false positive. You can report this to AVG. See http://forums.avg.com/us-en/avg-free-forum?sec=thread&act=show&id=395

You could report this issue to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org but since its just in a nightly, I doubt there will be too much concern.

Binaries for release versions are checked / white-listed with AV vendors before release, or they are cleared because they are signed.
