I use Firefox to get to my gmail-have never had a problem until today. I get my google mail page but when I try to read an e-mail from my inbox I get a message that simply says "loading". Google say it is a Firefox problem? I have downloaded an upgrade with no effect. I can access gmail with no problem using Internet Explorer.

I used to have this problem and tried for ages to fix it. I eventually found a post that said it might be related to Skype. So I updated Skype to the latest version (4.2.0.187) and Firefox 3.6.10 and the problem seems to have gone away!
