How do I turn on the pop-up blocked message?
How do I turn on the pop-up blocked message? When the message came up I clicked on Do not show this message again. I want this message to show when Firefox blocks a pop-up so I can allow the pop-up if I want to.

You can see a pop-up block icon in the right corner of the Status Bar if you have chosen to hide the information bar at the top.
You can left-click that pop-up block icon on the Status Bar and remove the check-mark from [ ] "Don't show info message when pop-ups are blocked".

THANK YOU!!!
It did not help that I had the Status Bar turned off.
You're welcome
I've a similar problem when using Paypal...I try to click on 'Allow' Popup from this site, when making payments but Paypal closes down so quickly I cannot click on 'Allow' yet logging on to Paypal for account details holds no issues since no popups I guess...is there not a global setting to allow popups which I can turn off and on when necessary...?
Tools > Options > Content : Block pop-up windows (Exceptions)
Popup Allow: http://www.pikey.me.uk/mozilla/?addon=pa
There is a way to put a web site address, URL, in the Exceptions to Block pop-up windows in Firefox. Tools, Options, Content and there is the option to Block pop-up windows and add Exceptions.
In Internet Explorer this is Tools and the Pop-up Blocker is on the drop down. Pop-up Blocker Settings is on the drop down of Pop-up Blocker.
In Internet Explorer I put sites that I Trust in the Trusted sites. I use this with Great Care! This is Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, click on Trusted sites in the small window and then click on the Sites button. If you are at the site, the site is default entered and just click on the Add button. There is a check box that is default checked to Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone. If one un-checks it, one can add sites that do not have https: in their URL address. I use this un-checking option with Extreme Care.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the concise answer! I was busy putting my very detailed answer together and did not see your answer until after I posted my reply!
This got me half way there: I used to also get a message saying "Show me the pop up" followed by the web address. I accidentally blocked all pop up this morning and have fixed that problem, but seem to have lost this functionality.
Summarized Question: How do I enable firefox to show a specific pop up (but not allow all pop ups from a specific domain)?
You can left-click that pop-up block icon on the Status Bar and remove the check-mark from [ ] "Don't show info message when pop-ups are blocked".
This should cause Firefox to tell you it blocked a popup and clicking on options on the right side of the banner will give you the option you want for a specific popup. It will normally be the last choice at the bottom of the drop down.
REPLY DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. THIS DOES NOT EXIST (You can see a pop-up block icon in the right corner of the Status Bar if you have chosen to hide the information bar at the top. )
IT LOOKS LIKE A FIREFOX POP UP
According to Firefox this does exist.
Plus I did this to overcome not having the option to allow individual pop-ups when I inadvertently turned on "Don't show info message when pop-ups are blocked".
Can you show me an example of this icon? Please?
