You can install mozbackup on the other computer and use that to import the .pcv file. Alternatively, a pcv file is just a zip file, you can use any archive utility that can extract zip files and manually copy the contents into your current profile folder. The [[Recovering important data from an old profile]] article may also be of use, in your case the old profile is the pcv file.
