Periodically I have difficulty gaining access to the Internet and to email because Firefox says it cannot make contact
Periodically I have difficulty gaining access to the Internet and to email even though the computer is already connected to the Internet through our PPoE Service Provider (CIA/Cyberus). Following are the messages received from you : Firefox can't find the server at en-us.start 3.mozilla.com., Firefox can't find the server at email.cia.com The problem usually occurs when our server (CIA/Cyberus) is experiencing problems with emails that should have been received by us are being bounced back to the senders, or alternatively, when we are trying to send emails only to have them returned to us because the address is deemed to be incorrect. This may of course be coincidental.
The problem has occurred periodically since October, 2010.

Hello, sechaba.
Firefox is a program that runs Internet and helps you guide through it more efficiently. It does not have any relations to your connection through the internet, and "Firefox can't find the server at en-us.start 3.mozilla.com" is just a way of saying, Firefox can't connect to the internet, and that means it can't connect to the web page you're looking for. This problem has only 1 reason for it to occur- Your Internet is failing. Try contacting the Mozilla Firefox Live Chat Support. If all fails, try calling the internet company you're using. However, the Firefox Live Chat Support is free and I recommend it.
