I installed Firefox 4 and now I am not able to "organize" my bookmarks. That option is not on my bookmarks list, prior to 4 that option was always there. Now I am not able to find it?

I would like to organize my bookmarks & folders but would not like to do it one bookmark at a time. I do not have the option to "organize" my bookmarks with firefox 4 unless that option is "hidden."

I have searched the "help" section and found the info below but that doesn't help because I don't have the option to "organize" as I've stated above.
