Are you really running Firefox 3.0.5? That version is not secure and you should updated at least to version 3.5.19, if not to a more recent version. You can verify your current version using Help > About Firefox.

To unblock pop-ups for one site, you can make an exception here:

Tools > Options > Content

To the right of "Block pop-up windows" there is a button labeled Exceptions. If you click that, you can add pogo.com
