Chances are those changes at Quest webmail are going to be the same or very similar in Firefox as they are in Internet Explorer. Firefox doesn't do email, it will connect to a web mail service like Quest or GMail - how that webmail service looks or works depends upon the software the webmail service provider is using. Not going to be an any (or much) different in different web browsers.
