after upgrading to Firefox 5, when attempting to view video, I was prompted to upgrade Flash, which I did. I still can not view video, all I see is the link to Adobe to upgrade!

Installed Plug-ins in More system details... for your posting doesn't show that you even have Flash installed for Firefox. Are you aware that there are two different versions of Flash, one for IE (ActiveX) and the Plugin version for other browsers? Adobe supplies the correct version of Flash for the browser you are using when you go to their download page.

1.Download the Flash setup file from here:
Adobe Flash - Plugin version.
Save it to your Desktop.

2. Close Firefox using File > Exit
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure firefox.exe is closed,
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del = Processes tab}

3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.

4. Start Firefox and test your installation here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
