When I navigate to http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/termsofuse I cannot use any of the links on the page. Can click till blue in face, but to no avail. Issue does not occur in IE9 or Google Chrome.

Do you mean the PDF links on that page or the links in the menu bar at the left side or both?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

The problem is with the PDF links in the centre of the page. In SAFE MODE the downloads window pops-up and I can then open the file. In IE9 and Chrome the file opens automatically in a new tab.
