I've been trying to watch a clip from the Colbert Report. Unable to view. Updated Firefox to 3.6.23; updated flash player. Running Mas OS 10.6

Does Colbert Report use a strange video format? If so, what ... and where to get player?

Thanks! - hman

Hi hman- I just checked and the Colbert Report seems to use Flash for their videos. I'm sorry you're having issues. You might want to check out this article for tips on troubleshooting Flash issues:

Hope that helps!

It should work with the latest flash player. Just to be sure you can check your flash player here http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

If it's not flash, try getting rid of everything that Firefox has stored for that website.

Also, FYI, you should download and install the latest Firefox. Firefox 3.6 will only be maintained for a short while and the Firefox is much faster and has all kinds of new features.

Updated to FF 7.0.1, Shockwave Flash 11.0.1.112. Dumped history. Read through "managing the flash player" and tested it - OK. Went to Mozilla plugin check, flash player shown as up to date.

Still no joy.
