the translation feature i am looking for is for French web sites to be translated into English - i am having to use version 4.01 to use this feature which means i can't use the updates in version 8. why did this feature work in 4 but seems to be dropped in subsequent updates... this seems to me to be a downdate rather than an update - when is Firefox going to address this problem??

You can use this website http://translate.google.com/

1. Copy the URL (website address) that you need translated;

2. Make sure that the TRANSLATE is set to "From:Detect language" (if you don't know what language you are dealing with);

3. Paste your website link in the translation box;

4. Press "translate" .

If you have any questions send me a message. Good luck!
