You should take a look at this article that discusses some of the issues with the latest build of Firefox.

There is some information in there that should help you to resolve your issue. Luckily, it is a very easy fix.

This did not help. I am on Mac 10.6.8. I don't know which mammal it is associated with, nor do I care. I just want the issue fixed.
