Have you looked at and tried to follow the advice in these two articles

Obvious questions are

  • does flash always crash, and if not, then do you notice any patern to this
  • what sites do you use when Flash Player crashes
  • have you tried downloading a flash player video
    does that play ok from your own computer without crashing?

Overheating may cause crashes whilst using video

  • on a desktop, you need to keep it clean and dust free (take care if you suspect it needs cleaning, that you do not damage it in your attempts to clean)
  • on a laptop the problem may be with using it on a soft surface that obstructs ventilation
