Why the Nightly does not have the 64bit build for windows in its last published version aka 14.0a1?
Why the Nightly Nightly does not have the 64bit build for windows 64bit in its last published version aka 14.0a1? It has just the 32bit build for windows! I had the Nightly 64bit build for windows 7 64bit and when my Nightly was automatically updated it just crashed after starting. I restarted it and the crash was repeated. After that I visited the Nightly website Nightly website I surprisingly saw that there is not any 64bit build for windows! How can I get rid of these crashes in the every Nightly starts?

Dear Swarnava,
Please install the file of that link and see the crashing just at the start! As you see it's not working :(

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":
There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page. You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

There are only official 64 bit builds for Linux.
The 64 bit builds for Windows are only compiled to check for compiler problems and aren't supported or guaranteed to work.
So use the 32 bit version for Windows.
Dear cor-el
There was the 64bit builds of Nightly for Windows before the April,1st 2012. But I don't know why there is only 32bit build for Windows now.
