Firefox doesn't open and its says some exception
When i installed some other program it crashes the firefox see the picture and help to fix the firefox :(

Start with upgrading to Windows XP Service pack 3. Then do a clean reinstall of Firefox. From what I have found so far it could be a dependency problem, but we can't really know until you are fully updated.
