I have cleaned my cookies, restarted my computer, scan my computer, then followed up with doing a virus scan. Scans say everything is good, not viruses. We might try introducing Firefox 15 or at least attempting to delete casalemedia cookies individually through Firefox 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'Privacy' ~ [select 'remove individual cookies' from list of all cookies...Be sure to assure the Plugins are 'Up to Date'!
