Can not play videos on facebook. I have uninstalled and installed to death. I am so done with this crap. And Yes...I am very aggravated...every time I turn around, cant play a video...either fix this problem for good or people will find another browser and wright firefox off for ever.

I tried another fix from another post. It worked. While in Facebook go to account settings/ security/ secure browsing/ edit/ put a check mark if there is not one, if one is there, uncheck it, save changes then go back in and recheck it, save changes, click home/ exit Facebook/ close browser/ reopen browser to see if videos are working now.........this is still working for now

Hello rhfarm, in your SYSTEM DETAILS i can not see a version of flash (e.g. Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502 or other). If you install flash then try to disable Protected Mode, and see if that works for you, see for more info: Flash Player 11.3 Protected Mode - Windows

see also (if you don't already) : Flash 11.3 crashes

thank you

I am having the same problem all of a sudden. I have Firefox 17.0.1 and just upgraded to Flash 11.5.502.110 when whatever version I was using stopped working. I also tried updating RealPlayer, as another forum said that might be the problem. That update worked for 1 video, but I get a white screen again.

rhfarm -- Thank you for your replies. I just noticed that a previous comment was about Facebook. What I'm experiencing is throughout Firefox -- not just in Facebook....
