Hi

The plugin check has a problem with one of my plugins. It is reporting as an Outdated Plugin "VLC media player Web Plugin 2.0.6 vulnerable Update Now" when i have 2.0.8 installed

When i hit update now it took me to the download page for plugin v2.0.8. I installed v2.0.8 but when i return to the plugin checker it is still reporting 2.0.6 is vulnerable even though i now have 2.0.8 installed. This is has been after a few days and a few reboots so it's not a refresh / cached issue.

thanks ...

Thanks for the links, I will wait for the new version of VLC.

Isn't the plugin checker still at fault though? If VLC choose not to match the version of the plugin with the version of the software, whether accidentally or not, it is up to them. Therefore if v2.0.6 is still the latest version of the plugin, then plugin checker should not be flagging it as out-of-date.
