Is this font readable in the Stock browser or Chrome? If it is not then the phone does not contain the required fonts.

If the text does show in the Stock or Chrome browser then see below.

If it is a Galaxy S4 then it is a known issue with some of them. They seem to ship with a mangled font file. We have reports that the Android 4.3 update fixes this issue.

If it is a different phone then we would need a copy of the system fonts using the Android SDK's adb tool.

   adb pull /system/fonts

Then zip the folder up and place it somewhere it can be shared. Dropbox for example.
