The stop, reload, and go buttons are combined and appear inside the address bar. After the page finishes loading, you will notice the circle-arrow icon there at the right end of the bar. Actually, it has been like this for a while, but in earlier versions of Firefox, there was a way to pull out and separate the stop-reload-go button. That is no longer built in. If you want separate buttons, you can use an add-on such as "Classic Theme Restorer". https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/ It adds the separate buttons to the Customize dialog. It also restore the general appearance of Firefox 4, but you can choose appearance features individually through its Options dialog (there's a button for it on the Add-ons page, Ctrl+Shift+a).
