Some websites like Yahoo and Facebook would show me ugly fontn and its very disturbing. I tried to uninstal the Helvetica neue and the problem was fixed BUT i really need the font for work. ps: I'm using the last version of Firefox up to date. No problem seen in chrome concerning this, but I don't like to use chrome. Many thank's

We have seen a lot of occurrences of issues with Helvetica fonts on Windows platform over the past years. The Helvetica font is usually only installed and used on the Mac platform and versions installed on Windows can give a lot of issues.

You could try to find a (TrueType) Helvetica font variant that works better and doesn't give issues in Firefox if you really need this font.
