I have a Firebird database that is pointing to the wrong location

I have a Firebird database that sits locally on my machine it is pointing to the wrong location and I don't know where to configure it to point to the correct location it errors in event viewer with Event ID 33 then gives the folloowing message

Firebird errors: Access to database "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PING" is denied by server administrator

I would love some assistance on this

Sorry but if you are referring to Firebird from http://www.firebirdsql.org/ then it is not a www.mozilla.org product or project.

The Firefox web browser was called Firebird for a short while eleven plus years ago when the browser was at version 0.6, 0.6.1, 0.7 and then name changed to Firefox at version 0.8 due to this Firebird database software having the Firebird name already and to avoid confusion.
