It appears Window Blinds is involved in this crash. If necessary disable; or uninstall that, using the Windows Control Panel.

This is a longshot. After doing that try with Hardware Acceleration disabled. That may in some circumstances slow down graphics, but it may enable Firefox to run without crashing even with WidowBlinds installed.

There were suggestions on the WindowBlinds site that disabling hardware acceleration may help, however Firefox's safe mode should have hardware acceleration disabled and you say safe mode does not help.
