When I log on or try to retrieve messages it says, "sending of password for user did not succeed.Mail server...responded Authent Failed
After that it comes up with another box to retry, enter new password, or cancel. So I do the first two only to run me back around to the same Password did not succeed message.
This only just started today...after using this for over a year. I went thru the process of deleting all stored passwords so I could enter a new one upon start up, but it still fails.

have you tried restarting your computer?
