Where is the refresh page menu command for Firefox on Mac?

Command+r used to refresh pages for me, but for some reason has stopped working in Firefox. It's easy enough to remap the command to a menu item, but the refresh page menu item in Firefox is gone! It used to be under View. I've looked in all the menus but the refresh page command appears to have been removed. Of course, I can use the icons, but that's just cumbersome.

I can't see how to close a question. Control+R started to work again, so I'd like to mark this as resolved.

That said, as a suggestion for Firefox development, I'd recommend moving away from the idea of the hamburger menu - one of the worst interface fads of all time IMHO!
