one of my autofill gmail addresses no longer pre populates - all the others do and no matter how many times i type it FF doesnt save it

i have NOT changed any FF settings

If there are multiple names stored for an input field then Firefox won't autofill an entry and you need to select one from the drop-down list.

Do you mean that you can't select each name that show in the drop-down list that shows in the screenshot?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

hi

thanks for helping me . no i mean one entry ive used for years is no longer on that list when i double click the empty space OR when i begin typing it

so before i would type the letter J and i had 2 addresses offered to me.

now there is only one J entry and when i type the missing one FF doesnt save it like before
