I've downgraded from Beta 45 to Release channel ver 38.6.

In appearance it is telling me Default Theme Beta 45 is not compatible with ver 38.6.

How do I get rid of this message and make sure the default theme for ver 38.6 is installed correctly and being used?

Installing the release version over the beta version obviously isnt restoring the correct default theme.

Help please?

Thanks

Ok, but what error does it cause for you. I have those messages everywhere of add-ons etc. They do not necessarily mean things do not work.

V45 is getting close to release anyway. A few weeks at most.

I have files Bug 1251884 to alert the developers, but I really do not think there will be any real resolution. Similar things happen with add-on when you downgrade. For example Lightning always needs to be removed and manually added back.

In this case uninstall and reinstall should fix the issue for you, without affecting any mail data.

bodman,

Did the incompatibility cause any display problems for you?
