Flickering White Bits in the HTML5 Video Player Bar

Hello together,

I've been using Firefox for a while now and noticed that for example when I watch a Video on YouTube in any quality, there are white or sometimes black bits flickering around randomly. I know it is not a major thing but I'd love to fix that problem if possible. I uploaded a screenshot to help visualize the issue. I am using the latest version of Firefox and the problem occurs on my ASUS Laptop and on my self-built PC. All help is appreciated, Regards.
