I always have a website open to a particular website in it's own separated window. Can I create another instance where Firefox is running, like when Kaspersky runs Firefox in its own "safe mode". I want to lock the instance by using software that would lock it so that window would always be the same size and position on my screen at all times.

It seems you have a solution.

Just make sure not to use the -no-remote on the default Firefox profile, use it only on the shortcut or script for the additional profile and instance. See also
