The data imported by sync on public comptuers is kept when I sign out, is ther any way to stop this
I work in libraries and internet cafes pretty often and would like to be able to pick up where i left off with the previous session. This works fine with the sync account i created for this purpose. The issue is that I like to sign out when I'm leaving. The data that was imported onto the device because of me isn't then 'poofed' into the ether. I leave the public computer with unapproved apps installed for future sessions, leave my history and my saved login details etc. Is there any way of singing out of sync and ensuring that I take with me what I brought? Or would I have to start a guest browsing session and have the sync signed in there so all the data gets deleted/gotten ridof
Thanks in advanc.e

You should never connect to Sync on a public computer because this merges all data stored on the Sync server to that public computer (and vice versa) with no way other than removing it manually to delete it at the end of the session. You should only connect to Sync on a trusted computer that is your own.
If possible then you can use a USB flash drive with the portable Firefox release. The portable version comes with its own profile folder and doesn't interfere with currently installed Firefox versions.
