Firefox 46.0.1 Cisco Switch, Join VLAN screen is empty. 41.0.1 works. Any known problem with this?

I require Firefox to work with Cisco switches. I have Firefox 41.0.1 on several Windows 7 64-bit desktops to connect to the Cisco switches through a management VLAN. Using 41.0.1 I can successfully update the port to VLAN mappings with the Join VLAN function. The port VLAN list correctly appears in the popup. Using 46.0.1 the Join VLAN popup appears but the VLAN list is empty and the popup is not formatted correctly. Has anyone encountered this problem with the new release and is there a workaround or should I reinstall 41.0.1? EGalen 20160606

Update: I downloaded 45.0.2 as the website suggested backup. The Join VLAN failed the exact same way. I downloaded 41.0.1 from the archives. The Join VLAN worked as on the other working desktops. EGalen 20160606
