How can I easily move groups of folders into another folder
I organize my emails in folders and 'archival' folders. In other words, I may have a number of folders that then get moved at the end of the year to a "2016" folder and are subfolders under that. Currently, I can only select one folder at a time and move it by dragging. A move function similar to what is used for messages would be much more useful.

To move more than one folder: You need to select/highlight the folders you wish to move. This is the same process you would use to move any folder on any computer.
- Hold down 'Ctrl' key and use mouse to select the folders.
- Then use drag and drop - left click and hold down on highlighted folders to grab then drag to hover over the 'Archive' > '2016' folder and release the mouse.
Note: If moving them within the same mail account, they will be moved. If moving them outside of mail account into eg: Local Folders, they will be copied, so once all 'copied' check emails are ok and then delete the original.
Alternative: Use the inbuilt archiving of emails method. Set up archive options to keep existing folder structure and so have no need to move the actual folder. This means you can archive everything in the folder, but retain the original folder for future use.
Thanks but what I am really looking for is the ability to right click the selected folders and choose a move option just like is available for messages. I HATE using the rodent for dragging and dropping as it takes forever to scroll from the top to the bottom of the screen or vice versa and usually the folders get dropped in the wrong folder part way along.
Here is hoping that this gets included as an enhancement in a future release.
I don't like drag and drop too much either. My approach is to manually create the new empty folders, then use ctrl+a to select all the messages in a folder and use the right-click menu to move them. Yes, it's tedious having to do it folder by folder, but I only need to do this once a year.
In theory the Archive option should do this, but it stopped working in both Windiws and Linux for me several versions ago.
