I get the initial frame but, on pressing play I get audio but not video with the unhelpful message 'This video is not supported.' This applies to all video except YouTube. Thanks, in advance, for your help

In your list of add ons is this one installed? "OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems"

The above OpenH264 plugin is for the Hello service - WebRTC - only. Not for HTML5 video or audio.

Youtube may be working because of the HTML5 Player being used.

Adobe has not supported Android with the Flash Player 11.1 Plugin last updated back in Sept 2013.
