I updated to tbird 52.1.1 from tbird 52.1.0 and found that I could not print preview emails, getting no text only a black page with white dashes in the middle of the page as well as showing a high number of pages to be printed (ie. 323).My HP2200 printer is shown as the default printer for Tbird. I have tried system config and that does not work either. I then went back to Tbird 52.1.0 which was the last functioning version and have got the same lack of response. At this stage I cannot print emails but can read them.

I have, whilst typing this, found that Tbird is not responding at all when I try to Print Preview. I am considering uninstalling Tbird having backed up my Tbird profile folder (when I find out where it is) and then re-installing Tbird.

If any one can help with step by step advice I should be grateful.
