When I start Firefox I get the message 'The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer'. 1. I cannot find any other copies on my computer. 2. I have run the 'Refresh' programme without any improvement. 3. I have uninstalled ans reinstalled Firefox but continue to get the message.
