The easiest way is to use your export feature in your address book. (Assumes Windows version, seeing as the details of question are lacking indications of another OS, however, they are generally the same on all versions, with the occasional menu name change (i.e. Preferences vs. Options):

1) In main menu, go to Tools 2) Select 'Address Book' 3) (De)Select any Adrress Books you rather not have / have included in the resulting list. 4) In Address Book Window, Select 'Tools' 5) Click 'Export' 6) Select where and optionally a non-standard name for the exported file (Default is 'Personal Address Book OR Whatever the FIRST selected Address Book is named) 7) Use the resulting exported File for parsing Emails, Making/Modifying Mailing Lists, etc
