Normally you would just drag-and-drop, if the destination folder is visible, or use right-click|Move to. You can also get to this via the menu: Message|Move to.

The "move to" process is a bit tedious because it gives you a folder tree to work through; there are a couple of add-ons which will search for a destination folder based on whatever letters you type in. Look for QuickFolderMove and QuickFolders (but you'll have to pay for the premium version of the latter if you want the useful quick move feature.)
