Ever since the last update. I can use firefox. If I leave the computer and it goes into sleep mode. When I log back into the computer, Firefox will not load. I can click on the thumbnail. go into my programs and try to open..nothing happens, no clock tick down..no evidence that I have tried to open Firefox unless I shut down and restart computer.

Have you tried using CCleaner to clean up your cache and temporary files? Could be the issue. Additionally, try to reinstall your browser completely. Maybe even restart your PC in-between the remove/reinstall process.
