Se bloquea ordenador al abrir Mozilla

Cuando intento abrir Mozilla, el ordenador me empieza a ir lento y se me bloquea todo. No llega a abrir-se el navegador y tengo que forzar el cierre del ordenador ya que este no funciona. He desinstalado Mozilla y lo he vuelto a instalar, y el error sigue. Cómo puedo solucionarlo? Actualmente me es imposible usar este navegador y me interesaría poder hacerlo.

¿Te va mejor si desinstalas completamente y pruebas con Firefox Quantum disponible en https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/quantum/ ?
