emails arrive as blank entries. Started around 4-3-2018.

Since April 3rd 2018, my emails come in as blank entries. I get entries in webmail but not in thunderbird. On release 52. 32 bit.

This is a bit unusual.

Can you share what you see when trying to display such an empty message, and press Ctrl-U ("display source") ?

Could you please provide us with a screenshot? If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.

Problem disappeared. Thunderbird shows that it was re-installed on 4-18-18. Possibly this version corrected whatever the problem was. As long as it keeps working, I'm not interested in fixing it.
