I tried using safe mode and it worked, but then when I went to test individual extensions to see if one of them was the problem, nothing happened. I disabled hardware acceleration, and it still doesn't work. I don't want to have to run firefox in safe mode every time. Any help?

EDIT: Here is a link with example drop down menus that don't even let me see the options: https://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/bootstrap_dropdowns.asp

EDIT 2: Found the culprit. Seems I didn't check EVERY addon... anyone know why this addon blocks dropdowns even when I whitelist a website? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/poper-blocker-pop-up-blocker/

Hi glad you found the issue. Sorry no idea there is a Support Page and a Contact Support Email Address for the Developer on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/poper-blocker-pop-up-blocker/

You may also find some support here as well discuss the blocking issue you found : https://discourse.mozilla.org/c/add-ons
