I'm logged in to Firefox on my laptop. I have a new android with Firefox app. When I try to log in to sync my bookmarks my password is not recognized. When I go for "reset password" instructions are supposed to be emailed to me, but this email never comes!

Hello ericlord,

Just to make sure, have you also checked in the Spam folder of your email? Cleared cache and cookies to make sure you don't have any extra details that are not needed and might create a confusion? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

You can also try this link and see if you receive any message whatsoever. This way, you can make sure that your email is recognized: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/resendconfirmation

Let me know how it went!
