Браузер медленно скачивает файлы, ещё и часто ни с того ни с сего прерывает загрузку без возможности возобновления.

Браузер скачивает с маленькой скоростью (хотя интернет хороший) и часто прерывается на половине пути. Ладно прерывается, но не позволяет возобновить загрузку, мол "файл не найден" или просто не хочет. Ещё тормозит время от времени. Решайте проблему.
