I have Home page set to display Top Sites. I can't get rid of 1 site I used only once more than 1 month ago. I've changed display from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 rows. It's always shows as the 2nd from the left on whatever the top row is. Help?

If you have no intend to visit this website then you can remove this website from the history. You probably can do that via the three dot drop-down menu of this tile that you can open if you hover this tile. Note that "Delete form History" is better than using "Dismiss" because the latter adds the URL to a list stored in a pref (browser.newtabpage.blocked) on the about:config page. Another possibility is to open the history sidebar (Ctrl+H) and search for this website and click "Delete Page" to delete the page from the history or click "Forget About This Site".
