Hello, here is my crash report: https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/8bf4812a-348f-4add-8c89-506dd0200211#allthreads

For last couple months i've sent ~20 bug reports to Mozilla. Each time Firefox crashes after few minutes (sometimes 15-20 minutes) of being idle. Seems like problem with Audio Sound Calibration but i couldn't finds any solution in Internet. New profile didn't fix my problem, disabling hardware acceleration neither. Any ideas how this problem could be solved? Thanks

hi, this apparently is a win7-only crash - how would you feel about updating to windows 10, now that the old OS has reached its end of support?

May i know why do you assume it's only W7 related crash? Firefox is not supported in W7 anymore? Edit: W10 is not an option tbh. Full of telemetry and with many problems after updates. I'd rather wait for finished product from Microsoft or just migrate to another OS from Linux family.

if you click on your crash report, go to more reports and look under operating system you'll see that all similar crashes with this signature happen under win7 only... it's fairly unlikely that a crash like this with rather low volume and involvement of a eol'd system would receive a fix from mozilla tbh.

I can't find anothers excatly the same crashes so i'll wait for another opinion. That kind of crash is not a gamebreaker for me but if mozilla doesn't care i'll just switch to another browser. -1 or +1 customer/user, who cares
