Instant Failed download and block websites that been used for 4 years or longer

Security on the updated app block website I use and after I remove security still blocked website. So I will stick to old version. It keeps instant Failed my downloads even when my phone is on and I hold the screen to provent it turning off. Please stop instantly fail my download.
