If computer upgrade = another computer then those emails are on the old computer. If you have access to old hdd/ssd where TB and emails were stored then you can copy that info to the new computer. If computer upgrade = software upgrade - then for this case you should provide more details (what exactly was upgraded and how - by format and clean install or by an upgrade method)
